Chakra cleaning.

Chakras are our energy centres. They are the openings for life energy to flow into and out of our aura. I need to clean my Chakras every day if i don't i get very bad blockage. Symptoms are headache, cloudy head, can't concentrate, bad mood, short temper, apathy, all pretty negative.

Bad moods grumpy short temper.

No Alcohol................hic up!

I want to give up Alcohol.

In the alchemist the boy meets many people in his journey through life, these people have a special message to give him. I remember talking to a man in the swimming baths he said that he had given up drinking and it had stopped his depression, he was very fit for his age. He was a artist a painter. I always become depressed the day after drinking and it lasts for a few days. Not to mention my energy levels are so low as well.

There is good in everthing and everyone you only have to look for it.

Why do i always seem to pickup the negative energy from people around me? Well it seems to me that we all have a energy profile let me elabarate, As we grow up the energies around us become familiar to us espcially in your home. And that profile is the one that you feel comfortable with even if this means that you will be attracted to some very negative people. They have a similar energy profile. I grow up in a house with a very negative man which made me very negative and this became part of my energy profile. Thank god i have reached 2nd level Reiki or im sure i would not be even writting this bolg. As Eckhart tolle said "Anything unconscious dissolves when you shine the light of consciousness on it" So i think what im trying to say to myself is instead of just being aware of the negative energy in the room, place or person, i need to let go of this old profile and move on. And be more aware of the positive energy. This has taken me a long time to relise and i do keep falling back into the same trap. I remember reading an web page article about a psychic police man who said that even looking into the eyes of convicted murderers he could see a tiny light.There is good in everthing and everyone you only have to look.
